Design

1. Company Logo
   Cordic specialise in designing GPRS vehicle tracking systems and wanted a logo and letterhead which would reflect the global nature of satellite based systems. They also required some editorial advice and written material for their website along with a catchy strapline. Light Work continues to provide them with general, strategic advice and sales support on an ongoing basis.

2. Company Website with "Dynamic Content"
   WorkWise Ely is a non profit making organisation which aims to promote links between business and young people. They wanted us to design and build a website which would explain who they are but they also required some interactive areas - a news page, what's on diary and searchable database of members which would also explain the types of training and placements each one provided. The site had to be viewable in text only format, too, to make it easier to for the partially sighted to view.
   
   Light Work conceived and built the entire site, from structure and design to dynamic features and written content. The format is designed to be fast loading and readable as possible, not only for visitors but for search engine spiders. We also provided user-friendly content management systems so that WorkWise employees who do not have any knowledge of web design can add items to the news, business directory and events areas of the site without changing the underlying code or design.

Copywriting

1. User Manual
   Netflare offers the entire gamut of on-line services from website set up and design, to e-commerce applications, online databases and search engine marketing. In many instances where clients will be adding information to their websites, themselves, they provide a content management system. They retained Light Work Marketing to write a generic instruction manual, covering the basics of using the system, which could be issued to Netflare customers, allowing them to make simple alterations to their websites, themselves. Light Work staff learned to operate the system first and then explained the basics in a 25 page document of step by step instructions with screen shots illustations and examples.

2. Company Website
   Keighley & District Travel Ltd are operators of local and inter-urban bus services in and around the Keighley and Worth Valley areas. They already had a design for their site but required assistance with the written content and the collation and presentation of their timetables. We provided them with the initial material required and they now keep the site updated, themselves.

The Full Package

   Drawnbyhand is a small company based in Ely which produces bespoke-commissioned, hand drawn art works, hence it's name. The company required a logo, letterhead and a simple gallery site to allow previous commissions to be displayed and to enable prospective purchasers to contact the artist.
