Because we've worked in-house: that means we know what it's like and we already have a good idea of the kind of support you will need. More importantly, it means we also know what kind of support you don't need.

Because of our ethos: We believe we're here to make your life easier so we aim to learn your business so we can act on your behalf as instinctively and intuitively as a member of in-house staff. The only difference between us and an in-house marketing manager should be the phone number.

Because of our principles: which are a) to avoid mumbo jumbo and jargon in marketing and b) to be the sort of consultant contacts who work in-house tell us they would like to hire but can never find.

    Anything a head of marketing would do for you in house, we can do for you on a consultancy basis. For example, we can help you cover for staff absent on long term sick leave or maternity leave.

  • Copywriting
    The way your company expresses itself in writing is crucial. We have a wealth of experience writing publicity material; from corporate brochures to staff and customer newsletters, direct mail shots, advertising and poster copy, product instructions and sales literature in a clear, consistent and appropriate style.

  • Technical jargon "translation"
    Not every technology company is addressing a small and specialised market. In all likelihood, those acronyms and technical terms you are used to using every day mean little or nothing to your customers. We are good at grasping technological concepts and explaining them in intelligent "layman's terms" to non-technically minded decision makers.


  • Public relations
    Targeting and planning your press campaigns, writing and issuing press releases and creating news stories about your organisation. We can also subscribe to a cuttings service on your behalf so you can evaluate the results and arrange a press launch for your new products or services.
